Walnut Cake
You’ll Need:
10 ounces of wholemeal flour.
8 ounces of walnut pieces.
4 ounces of sugar.
1 cup of milk.
½ cup of cooking oil.
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda.
One lemon’s worth of freshly-squeezed lemon juice.
Procedure:
Mix together all of dry ingredients. Add the milk and oil and mix thoroughly. Add the lemon juice. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes. Serve as desired.
