Sangria

You’ll Need:

- two and a half pints (one and a half litres) red wine
- juice of one lemon
- 10 fl. oz..) water
- 4 tbsps sugar
- 1 sliced lemon, for garnish
- 1 sliced orange, for garnish
- 8-10 ice cubes

Procedure:

1. Put the sugar and lemon juice in a punch bowl or jug and stir until the sugar dissolves
2. Pour in the wine and stir again
3. Pour in the water, stir, and add the ice cubes
4. Add the orange and lemon slices, if in a bowl float the slices o top of the wine, chill and serve

Spicy Oyster Shooters

You’ll Need:

1 oyster, shucked
Cocktail sauce
Horseradish sauce
Good-quality chilled vodka

Procedure:

Place shucked raw oyster in a shot glass. Add a little cocktail sauce, horseradish and vodka. Shoot it down.

Hot Chocolate Mix

You’ll Need:

11 cups powdered milk
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
11 ounces powdered coffee creamer
2 lbs nestle’ nesquick powdered chocolate milk mix
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 box instant chocolate pudding

Procedure:

Mix all together. Store in airtight container. Use 1/3 mix to 2/3 water when making hot chocolate.

Tomato Juice Cocktail

You’ll Need:

- half a pint (285ml) tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- salt
- whipped cream
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated horseraddish

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients apart from the whipped cream and chill thoroughly
2. Strain and serve in tall glasses with one teaspoon of whipped cream on top

Rum Eggnog

You’ll Need:

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white rum, or to taste
1 cup water
3 cinnamon sticks
4 egg yolks, well beaten
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Procedure:

Combine all of the milks and the rum in a blender or a food processor. Set aside. Boil the water with the cinnamon sticks. Cool to room temperature. Discard the cinnamon sticks. Combine all of the ingredients except the ground cinnamon and beat well in a blender or food processor in batches. Pour the eggnog into glass bottles and refrigerate until ready to use. To serve, transfer the eggnog to a punch bowl and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.

Screwdriver

You’ll Need:

Vodka (Abolut preferrably)
Orange Juice

Procedure:

Mix Vodka and orange juice to suit your tastes. Heavy on the screw means more vodka.

Seduction

You’ll Need:

30ml Kahlua
30ml Midori
30ml Baileys

Procedure:

Pous Kahlua, then Midori, and finally Baileys into a shot glass. Do not stir or mix. Ingredients should form three layers.

You’ll Need:

1/2 oz peachtree schapps
1 oz vodka(absolute preferably)
2 oz cranberry juice
orange juice

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients in order. Pour orange juice 1/4″ from the rim and shake to mix.

Sherry Or Brandy And Milk

You’ll Need:

1 cup fresh milk
1 tablespoon brandy or rum
3/4 teaspoon sugar
Nutmeg
Dash of salt

Procedure:

To prepare this Sherry Or Brandy And Milk Recipe, first prepare as “Rum and Milk.”

Serve in a cold glass and add a grating of nutmeg on top.

Sidecar

You’ll Need:

3/4 oz. triple sec
1/2 oz. Cognac
3/4 oz. lemon juice

Procedure:

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
